- Pick up building debris ahead of finish grade

- Vacuum all carpeted area, including closets areas (deep carpet
cleaning is available, if needed)

- Prepare floors, walls for finishing

- Appliances removed of coverings and wiped

- Clean bathroom tubs, shower, tile walls, vanity, sinks, and toilets. Remove post construction dust and dirt

- Clean kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances, sink,
kitchen fixtures and floor
|
- Dust and clean woodwork, doorframes and switch
plates, remove post construction dust and dirt
|
- Removal of trash, packing material, or other debris
|
- Clean tubs, toilets, and entire bathrooms
until they sparkle and shine
|
- Kitchen sinks, mirrors and fixtures polished and shined
|
- All walls and floors dusted or vacuumed
|
- Cleaning cabinets and drawers inside and out.
|
- Clean utility closets and storage areas
|
- Stained woodwork (cabinets, etc.) shall be wiped down
with polish after Cleaning
|
- Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, with unit ready
for walk-thru inspection.

- Cleaning bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets, and shower doors
|
- Stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming
of all surfaces including trim work and office furniture.

- Removal of all carpet and pad remnants.
